Shipping & Delivery Details

General Delivery Details:

Once you have placed your order you will receive an automatic email that your order has been sent to us. Then you will receive a further email to say your order is confirmed and this will show delivery timeframes.

Online orders can only be delivered to fixed addresses within the UK mainland.

We strive to deliver by the date mentioned in our order confirmation email. If no date was specified, we'll aim to fulfil within the timeframe listed for the ordered products. Please allow up to 30 working days post-dispatch for the completion of delivery.

Orders weighing under 25kg might be sent via post or courier service.

Alterations & Delivery Impact:

Modifying your order may affect the expected delivery date. In such cases, we'll provide a new date.

Delivery Access Requirements:

Ensure a secure route from the main road to your delivery location. If our carriers find it unsafe, the delivery will be halted until safe access is granted.

Charges & Cancellations:

Even if the order is cancelled post-dispatch but pre-delivery, the return fee still applies.

Damages & Liability:

Should our team inadvertently damage items during delivery, our responsibility is limited to fixing, replacing, or refunding the damaged goods.

We aren't accountable for reasonable delivery delays or ones caused by unforeseen external factors.

In case of received damaged goods, contact us directly at sales@everyhomefurniture.com. Don't rely solely on the carrier for resolution. Damage reports should be made immediately upon delivery with photographic proof for potential refunds or exchanges.

Delivery Costs & Returns:

While some items come with Free Delivery, it's subsidized. If returned, we might refund less than the purchase amount, as the initial delivery cost was included in the item's price. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
